The rod has one tip as is standard with his spinning and casting rods, is full length and original. Varnished and flamed cane. Serial number 2113 appears on both sections. Script is that of Paul H. Young, noting model name (The Texas Kid), length (6'4) and weight (4. 08 oz.) on one flat and the owner name (Gordon Rupe Dallas) and date of build (Sept. '57) on another flat. PHY's
