Adult RUGGED SOLE Mocs are made with leather insoles as well as an added base layer of 10mm Foam Like rubber for extra grip and support. (Same Base Rubber As a Pair of Birkenstocks!) Please note that sizing is as follows and keep in mind that the leather will stretch slightly the more you wear your mocs so I recommend NOT sizing up. If you are normally a half size
