The term "ramp" in Magic: The Gathering refers to any spell card that generates a net positive amount of mana, whether that be through floating mana that expires at the end of the phase, lands placed onto your side of the field (though some count searching up lands to put into your hand as ramp as well), or artifacts and cards that create artifacts that can tap for mana
Of course, graded PSA 10 slabs of Legendary Collection cards are eminently hard to come by, since many young collectors at the time didnt even understand just how rare such cards were (myself included)
These are used either with specific effects that can interact with artifacts, or used to ramp into high-mana spells
