Anger of the Gods does a great job protecting planeswalkers early, while Blasphemous Act or Star of Extinction go a long way towards defending your friends later

Its dodged a lot of reprint opportunities over the years, so this one might drop a bit at first, but Id be surprised if it saw another major reprint any time soon

Now we've had a Gimmighoul Secret Mission before, but this one thankfully doesn't involve collecting 99 cards

Obviously having three modes offsets the latter of these problems somewhat but it does all result in a card that doesn't get a much play as its power level merits
