90's Phool Dress, Floral Cotton Button Front with Full Skirt by Phool 1x ABS by Allen Schwartz blackIndian cotton dress made by Phool. Fabric is a tan background with muted colors of pink and green florals. Short sleeves, small collar, buttons up the front with side ties. Also a small panel of elastic is at the waist area in the back. Skirt is full with 3 tiers of wide ruffles. Bodice is lined with a tan cotton but the skirt is not. 2 side seam pockets and one breast patch pocket. Excellent condition. Freshly cleaned and ready to wear. Label is
