Fabric is probably polyester (no tag) with white polka dots on a warm red (between red and orange) background. Shirt has bust darts and set in long sleeves. Sleeves are wrist length, (check measurements). I show them pushed up to 3 4 length in some photos. The slit neck has grommets and a self fabric cord that laces up. Long 70s butterfly collar.
